Mark has over 33 years professional hands on experience in all property disciplines.  Originally educated at Melbourne High School, he holds a Graduate Diploma - Property (RMIT)-High Distinctions, Certificate of Business Studies (Real Estate) and is a fully Licensed Estate Agent. It is worthwhile noting the Grad Dip RMIT is recognised as one of the most sought after real estate qualifications in the industry, signifying a true real estate professional.

Mark was also awarded the ‘Australian Property Council Award 2001’ for the best graduating student at RMIT.

Mark’s experience covers over three years with Geo M. Hume in Property Management and Commercial Leasing, 3½ years with Jones Lang Wootton in the marketing of major office projects in the C.B.D., and St Kilda Road, six years experience with local developer, D. Pomeroy Industries as Development Director and over five years as a shareholder and director of Killen Thomas (Aust) Pty Ltd.

His experience covers all facets of property development, substantial acquisitions and disposals both interstate and in Melbourne and across substantial and multiple asset classes. He has extensive experience in project marketing, and has hands on experience in Property Management as a Principle along with substantial knowledge on building consultant disciplines, discounted cash flow analysis and property funding considerations.
