George Harris has 31 years practical experience in the property industry.  He is a property professional with practical “hands on” experience in all facets of property management including Industrial, Commercial, Retail and Residential properties.

His specific responsibilities cover the financial and physical management of properties subsequent to completion of construction or letting and include rent collections and recovery of outgoings, liaison with landlords and tenants, negotiation of rent reviews and maintenance programs.

George also brings many years experience having been responsible for the management of a private client property portfolio of in excess of $350 Million on behalf of his then principle for a period spanning some 7 years.

More recently George has specialised in the management of large multi-storey and multi-tenanted office buildings, industrial estates and supermarket and speciality retail centres.
