Ryder Commercial assists clients and investors in creating, maintaining and monitoring the short and long term aims of their property portfolios. We are able to review a client's property portfolio, ascertain is relative position in the market, and then devise and implement strategies to increase and maintain returns through proactive and aggressive property management activities.

Ryder Commercial can provide specific advice on investment opportunities. This includes preparation of discounted cash flow analysis, NPV / IRR calculations and relevant market research. We also provide retained services to acquire properties on behalf of our clients, bid at auctions and prepare relevant sales tender submissions and conduct private sale negotiations, including vetting contract and other documentation.

Ryder Commercial also provides and undertakes detailed development and project feasibility analysis as required by clients. This will include instructing architects as to preparation of development schemes, research as to market rentals, yields, construction costings, town planning and finance considerations, along with tenant pre-commitment submissions. Relevant discounted cash flow analysis, NPV / IRR calculations are also provided.

General

The full property team meets formally on a regular basis, to discuss the major transactions occurring on all properties. This serves only to reinforce the depth of experience and quality of service provided to management clients.

Currently we handle the leasing and management of approximately 250 individual tenancies within our total portfolio with the emphasis being on the utmost professionalism, the highest level of personal client contact and protection of the client's interests above all else.
