Ryder Commercial was established by Mark Ryder in 2001 out of a demand by real estate owners to utilise a licensed estate agent who could not only provide a full range of consultancy services, but a consultant who had extensive background and understanding of property development, construction, finance, acquisitions, disposals, investment management and sales and leasing.

The company’s charter is to provide the most professional and personal property management and sales, leasing and consultancy practice in Melbourne.

Acting as the client’s consultant, Ryder Commercial can significantly reduce the time and effort that the client would otherwise need to allocate to the property; at times in areas where they do not have a sufficient depth of training or experience. The company has developed a loyal following of influential clients all of which have recognised the depth of knowledge and other real estate strengths that the directors and senior staff bring to the practice.
