Mark Ryder - Managing Director

Mark has over 26 years professional hands on experience in all property disciplines. Originally educated at Melbourne High School, he holds a Graduate Diploma - Property (RMIT) - High Distinctions, Certificate of Business Studies (Real Estate) and is a fully Licensed Estate Agent. It is worthwhile noting the Grad Dip RMIT is recognised as one of the most sought after real estate qualifications in the industry, signifying a true real estate professional.

Mark’s experience covers over 3 years with Geo M. Hume in Property Management and Commercial Leasing, 3 years with Jones Lang Wootton in the marketing of major office projects in the C.B.D., and St Kilda Road, 6 years experience with local developer, D. Pomeroy Industries as Development Director and over 5 years as a shareholder and director of commercial agency, Killen Thomas (Aust) Pty Ltd.

His experience covers all facets of property development, substantial acquisitions and disposals (including K-Mart Burwood for $13.0m and 350 Queen Street, Melbourne for $21.0m), project marketing of major office projects such as 580 and 553 St Kilda Road, 565 Bourke Street, 90 Collins Street and many others. He has hands on experience in Property Management as a Principle along with substantial knowledge on building consultant disciplines and property funding considerations.

George Harris - General Manager

George Harris has 25 years practical experience in the property industry. He is a property professional with practical “hands on�? experience in all facets of property management, including Industrial, Commercial, Retail and Residential properties.
His specific responsibilities cover the financial and physical management of properties subsequent to completion of construction or letting, and include rent collections and recovery of outgoings, liaison with landlords and tenants, negotiation of rent reviews and maintenance programs.

More recently, George has specialised in the management of large multi-storey and multi-tenanted office buildings, industrial estates and supermarket and speciality retail centres.

David Gibellini - General Manager - Sales

David has a Bachelor of Property (valuations) Degree and worked as a Valuer for 18 months before joining agency Killen Thomas, where he was a senior sales and leasing negotiator for some 8 years. He  joined our company some time ago with Paul Sberna as a joint General Manager Sales. David brings substantial market knowledge and an extremely successful sales and leasing track record to our team along with a hard working ethic and client service methodology.

Paul Sberna - General Manager - Sales

Paul also joins our company team after an 8 year period with Killen Thomas, where he was also a senior sales and leasing negotiator. Paul has been involved in sales, leasing and management for a period spanning over 10 years and he has an in-depth knowledge of the city fringe, north and eastern real estate markets. He has over his career concluded many hundreds of transactions, including substantial sales, leasing, pre-lease and pre-sales throughout Melbourne.

 Blair Main - Sales & Leasing Consultant

Blair's current activities at Ryder Commercial cover leasing and property management activities in the Melbourne CBD office market along with management and leasing respinsibilities at 757 Bourke Street Docklands and 206 Bourke Street Melbourne plus a number of other suburban instructions.

Previously Blair's career was focused on Sales, Marketing and Account Management at BP where he worked in both the Sydney and Melbourne commercial and retail fuel markets. During his carreer at BP he also worked closely with the Asset Management Division and Retail Services within the company.

Blair holds a Bachelor of Business in Banking and Finance, Diploma's in Applied Finance and Marketing and is a licensed Agent's Representative. 

Shelley Graves - Property & Administration Manager

Shelley has broad practical experience in the property industry. Shelley is responsible for the administration and property management activities of this company. Her duties include contractor and tenant liaison, fault reporting and rectification and a general co-ordination of property management and administration activities, via a state of the art computer management system. Shelley also is a licensed Agent's Representative.

Patrick Wong - Building Services Manager

Patrick has over 5 years experience in respect to all building services and is responsible for the day to day on site representation for the practice's largest management property, a 20 level office building at 350 Queen Street Melbourne. His office is located on site and his duties include supervision and maintenance of all building services, contractor supervision and liaison, tenant liaison, supervision of 2 on site security personnel, building fault reporting and all other general co ordination activities with respect to the building.

Anne Marie DelMastro - Receptionist / Secretary

Anne Marie provides invaluable secretarial and administrative support for the full property team. Her assistance cover all areas of property maintenance, banking, property / tenant submissions, meetings and presentations and telephone support. Anne Marie is a significant and dedicated contributor to the Ryder Commercial team.
